Nate was very helpful with my recent purchase. From the first visit to the dealership to our follow up negotiations and final paperwork signing Nate displayed friendly and professional service. I needed to set up a transmission service per my enterprise lease. The person scheduling my appointment told me I needed a transmission diagnostic first before it could be serviced. I didn’t want to do a diagnostic because I knew nothing was wrong with it but per my lease I needed the service competed. Reluctantly Scheduled both for 7am. Day of service I tried contacting my service advisor, Sammi, 3 times via text and phone call to see how things were going. I finally got ahold of her at 3:30pm and she told me the car was done and the tech drove it 6 miles and didn’t see anything wrong with the transmission. I asked if the service was completed and she said no she didn’t realize that was scheduled. So I waited 8 hours for a tech to drive my car 6 miles and tell me what I already knew, nothing wrong with it. I’m disappointed that Sammi didn’t contact me right after the tech drove my car which was probably before 8am. So my car sat there all day for nothing and Sammi said it was too late to do the service and I’d need to reschedule that part. On top of that I had to take the day off!!!!

I was greeted immediately by an employee who knew exactly why I was there and directed me to the lounge, where I enjoyed a pleasant wait reading and sipping the coffee they always provide.

Everybody is very helpful and courteous. They scheduled putting a hitch on my vehicle as soon as the kit came in. It looks great. My husband and I already put our bikes on the hitch and it worked great!
